I've decided to begin a new chapter here on Tistory.
I used to write on Naver Blog, but since many friends and acquaintances knew about it,
it always felt difficult to truly share my personal thoughts and daily life.
Right now, I live in Gwangju, a beautiful city in the southern part of South Korea.
Our little family includes my husband, our dog “Ever,” and me—just the three of us.
About six years ago, I had surgery for cancer.
Since then, I've been a full-time homemaker.
We don’t have children, but our days are filled with quiet love and companionship.
Recently, I had a blood test, and my HbA1c level came back at 5.8.
So for the next three months, I’ll be focusing on eating healthier and staying more active.
After that, I’ll take another blood test and see how things have changed.
I’m determined to give it my best.
From today, I’m going to start recording the small moments of my everyday life—
no pressure, just one post at a time, as a gentle way to keep moving forward.
